Glad that our wonderful society made me believe I wasn't fat. I was. If you are that height and you weigh that much, you are fat too. Sorry to break it to ya."
I've been waiting to hit this weight for a month now...and I finally did! Just in time to round out January. I have a long road ahead of me seeing as how I just hit the weight that made me realize two years ago I needed to drop some serious pounds. I have the momentum and confidence to keep it going now!
DAY THIRTY-ONE: 163.4 lbs.
